Couplet Sugars celebrates this year its 170 years of existence and passion in sugar production. The company manufactured crystal sugar until 1993. Since then, they have refocused the production on sugar specialties, among which the famous pearl sugar, and of course, brown sugar, Couplet's historic product. Couplet Sugars is a family owned company, managed by the 5th generation of Couplet family. Since 2016, important investments are made in a new production line, a new storage hall, a new research lab as well as in a demonstration and application center. They have developed a large range of sugar specialties.Their sugars are first choice ingredients for professionals from the bakery, pastry, chocolate, waffles, ice cream, biscuits, confectionery sectors and for the food service. Couplet Sugars supply high quality sugars, that are Kosher and Halal certified. All their sugars are gluten free. Couplet Sugars is also Kosher, Halal and FSSC-22000 certified.
