History

　　　Since 1942, the family business began by selling traditional food ingredients in Banqiao. With time, diet preference changed, people started to accept and love the use of wheat flour in their daily food. In 1996, we started to import a great quantity of flour from Australia, leading to a new trend using Australian wheat flour based food in Taiwan. This helped our trademark – ChioShin - (in chinese “樹熊” Shu Syong, means Koala) to become well-known in the market.

　　　In 1999, we change the stature of the business and named it ChioShin Business Co.,Ltd, hoping to become the best supplier of baking ingredients and materials. Our main goal is to share with our customers the passion for baking and pastry, and help them by sourcing the best products, both domestic and overseas, which meet all standards of food regulation. Because of our strategy and efforts, we could have established exclusive business relationship with many world well-known companies. We have a large range of customers going from food OEM, bakeries and restaurants to five stars hotels. We hope that we will satisfy all of our customers’ needs and meet their expectations!

　　　We only want to provide the best products to our customers that is why all the ingredients and machines we are importing have been tasted and tested. When we find out a good product, we organize a demo-class with a well-known chef from abroad that will share his experience and the best way to use the product in our baking classroom. We care about not only the quality of our products but also how it can inspire our customer to develop his business. This is the way we want to build a trust based relationship with our customer, to inspire them, to share their passion and help them grow their business.

We do not import products that can be dangerous for health. We keep a close eye on the food quality and do not take any shortcut. We are always sourcing unique and high-quality products to provide a large choice to our customers.
