Agrimontana has only worked with natural ingredients without any additives. They insist on using 100% natural ingredients to produce their products. They only use sucrose to make syrup. They also use filter to purify water. The sugar of candied fruit always maintain 70%. Candied fruit will not ferment even though you place it in room temperature for 24 hours after opening.
