Ever since their family founded its own milling business in 1895, cultivating their roots and their independence has made them move forward. The production facility is now among the most modern in Europe and in the 2000s they created their own manufacturing unit for stone-ground and organic flour types. Their business is fully dedicated to artisan bakeries and they are making progress on the export market. They are leading a team of 80 that share the same passion for quality and have great customer service skills.
