CHIO SHIN / 2018 Taipei Int’l Bakery Show D-2

The first highlight of the show is the demonstration by French and Japanese Chef, the second highlight is the activity “Leagel X Icetech Gelato Demonstration and Free Sample”. There are only two sessions a day. We also bring Icetech Gelato machine to the exhibition! It has stainless steel structure and high hourly output. Besides heating, it can cool and preserve products at an above-zero temperature that can be set by the operator.

The activity “Leagel X Icetech Gelato Demonstration and Free Sample”will have two sessions on each day (11AM-12PM and 3PM-4PM). If you are the lovers of Gelato, you must come and give it a try! Besides, we also invited Cyrille Courant Chef from France to show how to make French desserts for us. Let Cyrille Courant Chef lead you to a new world! What’s more, we also invited Japanese Chef to demonstrate how to make Dacquoise, Madeleine…etc, you definitely cannot miss it!

Dessert Demonstration – Cyrille Courant

It is our pleasure to have Cyrille Courant Chef to come to our booth at 2018 Taipei Int’l Bakery Show and demonstrate various French desserts for us. He has a lot of experience in making dessert for more than 20 years. The dessert he makes is exquisite and full of sweet aroma.
