▊CHIO SHIN / 2018 Taipei Int’l Bakery Show D-2

The first highlight of the show is the demonstration by French and Japanese Chef, the second highlight is the activity “Leagel X Icetech Gelato Demonstration and Free Sample”. There are only two sessions a day. We also bring Icetech Gelato machine to the exhibition! It has stainless steel structure and high hourly output. Besides heating, it can cool and preserve products at an above-zero temperature that can be set by the operator.

We use Icetech machine and the ingredients from Italy Leagel to make gelato. We recommend you to try the ice cream with pistachio flavor (it was made by Azienda Agrimontana pistachio pastry from Italy) and Tayberry flavor (it was made by La Fruitiere Fruits Puree from France). We have imported all the ingredients mentioned above!
