Yasuhiro Tsumagari was born in 1971. He started working as a pastry chef in Cascade Bakery for three and a half years after graduating from college. After that, he started to work in Comme Chinois and be trained by NISHIKAWA TAKAAKI.

In order to improving the skills, he has been to Belgium, Italy, France, Czech Republic, Germany, Holland and Luxembourg for training.
