In March 1968, KOMAMIZU JYUNNICHIROU was born in Tokyo.

After graduating from Tokyo School of Japanese Dessert, he worked in Imperial Hotel Tokyo for 7 years since 1989.

In 1997, he established Biscuit Dessert Shop.

He said, “Even if your dressing is informal, you can still enter Imperial Hotel”. His management philosophy has been carrying out up to now.
