He is now the lecturer of Oda School and the owner and Pastry Chef of Konditorei Nishikiya. He is also the Technical Adviser in three Dessert Manufacturing Companies.
He has been the lecturer in more than 20 seminars which were opened by professional pastry chefs in Japan.
The products Konditorei Nishikiya sells are mainly traditional cakes. However, they also customize cakes for TV programs or celebrities.
