He was the former Pastry Chef of TSUMAGARI Pastry Shop.
In the 45th Japanese Pastry Competition, he made the great masterpiece, Dragon, by only using sugars.
His skills earned recognition and won first place of Best Taste and Artistry.
He was also awarded the Excellence Award of the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Rewards.
