In 1963, NISHIKAWA TAKAAKI was born in Kyoto.

He has been to France for training.

He has worked in Anderson Hiroshima, Au Bon Vieux Temps Tokyo, Bigot Tokyo and Bigot Ashiya.

In 1996, he established Boulangerie Comme Chinois Restaurant with Shouji Saku, the operator of Comme Chinois Group. Afterward, he established Boulangerie Comme Chinois and Honest Café.

He keeps launching new bread flavor and is the center of attention.

In 2010, he established Ca Marche in Kobe. He also published many books and held the post of lecturer in Japanese program みんなのきょうの of NHK Educational Channel.
