Chef: KIKUCHI KENICHI

In 1978, KIKUCHI KENICHI was born in Kanagawa Ken.

After finishing the training session in ARPAJON, VOILA and季の葩, he worked in Park Hyatt Tokyo for five years.

He then went to Grand Hyatt Singapore and Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme for training.

After finishing the training, he became the Pastry Chef of Gateaux Naturels Shu.

Before he established his own business, he decided to go to France again for training in Sébastien Gaudard. When training, he has won many prizes in not only domestic competitions but also international competitions.

In November 2012, he established Les Années Folles and as the main chef. His goal is to make fashionable and classical dessert.
