In 1991, he served as pastry chef in Chengdu Alps Dessert Shop
In 2000-2003, he was awarded a prize for many times in the competition of the Best Dessert in Seto Naikai
In 2005, he was selected to participate the World Chocolate Competition for Japan and got the third place. He also won the prize in the department of Garnishing and Food Presentation.
In 2006, he was selected to participate in the competition of the Best Dessert for Japan and got the second place
