This is the first time that CHIO SHIN invited Michelin 2 Stars Chef – Michael Pretet to demonstrate for us. 
In the Demo-Class, he used Weiss Chocolate, which have a long history over hundred years in France and have been officially proved by French government, to make French dessert.

His desserts will let you have an unprecedented feeling!
