　　Mila was established in 1962 in Italy. They have developed many dairy products with high quality for 55 years. In 2015, they have invented cryogenic storage technology and become the main and only producer of Mascarpone. It wins many chefs affections in Milan, Italy. They have got many certification including IFS, BRC, HALAL, Non-GMO…etc.
　　　
　　 Mila only use the milk from the cattle that are grazing naturally in South Tyrol in Italy. Their dairy products originated from Lombard of Northern Italy have high content of milk fat (made up of 70% butter and 30% milk). Instead of salty taste, Mascarpone has natural smell of milk and complexity of texture.
