　　Identification of grape varieties native to the Campania region and meticulous selection of the best producers. Management of transport for the marc from producer’s vineyard to the distillery, carried out by Campania Acquaviti to ensure the distillation of freshest marc. Use of a new system for the storage and fermentation of the marc, “Grappasystem”, to ensure full biological control and the requisite traceability of the raw material.

　　RUSSO is a leader in the field of liqueur production, they produce local specialties among which Limoncello and Liquirizio stand for their quality and production processes. Their Limoncello is obtained exclusively from the infusion of the peel of the “sfusato” lemon characteristic to the Amalfi Coast. Their production method has allowed them to maintain the traditional characteristics of the product.
