Couplet Sugars celebrates this year its 170 years of existence and passion in sugar production. The company manufactured crystal sugar until 1993.  Since then, they have refocused the production on sugar specialties, among which the famous pearl sugar.

 

The sugars they produced are all made from sugar beet. After baking, the pearl sugar will release a strong smell of caramel. The grainy crystal sugar will make your products crispy! It is Ideal for making all kind of baked product, especially Liege Waffle.

 

They develop trendy products by following traditional methods. In order to satisfy different kind of needs, they provide various products including Pearl Sugar, Coated Pearl Sugar and Fondant powder.
