 Italy Sicilian Almond Powder 

Strictly selected the almonds from Sicily, Italy with high oil content. The shape is flat and the taste is sweet as caramel. Not like other species of almond, Sicilian almond is made from stem grafting of two almond trees and the aroma is stronger. It is suitable for making dacquoise, galette des Rois or other kinds of dessert.

 

█ ANTONINO AFFRONTI █

ANTONINO AFFRONTI has lived though three generations. They specialized in producing, selling and exporting almond, hazelnut and pistachio. Their company was established in 1912 in Misilmeri, birthplace of the Affronti family. In order to extend their business and promote the efficiency of land and sea transportation, the company headquarters moved to the harbor city – Palermo. Misilmeri factory was established in 1985 and equipped with latest equipment that is necessary for peeling nuts. The company keeps the nuts in the warehouse in order to protect them from dust and bacteria. Peeling the shell, selecting, peeling the cover and selecting again, all the processes above are done in the fully automatic factory. Every product is made by delicate work.

🍒 3-Tannen Kirsch 40% 🍒

The famous “Kirschwasser”is distilled from the black cherries and red cherries of cherry trees. Only the heart of the 2nd distillate is captured, unveiling a crystal clear, powerful Kirsch Eau-de-Vie, both complex and smooth, with a very long finish. “3-Tannen”- Kirsch is considered the soul of the famous “Black Forest Cake”, but is also appreciated cooled as a digestive, cocktails, desserts and fruits salad.

　　

🍓 3-Tannen Wild Raspberry 40% 🍓

“3-Tannen”- Wild Raspberry is one of the most aromatic fine fruit brandies, prepares solely from the wild-growung raspberries of the Bavarian Forest and of the Carpathian Mountains in Europe. The color of the liquor is as clear as crystal. Light smell of liquor with the sweetness of raspberry. Ideal for add to tarts, gateaux, crepes, charlottes, bavarois, gratins, savarins, souffles as a finishing touch.

　　　　　

█ 3-Tannen █

The roots trace back to 1889 when Leopole Köninger created his first own Kirsch by using the new discovered plant and copper vessel distillation. He soon became renowned for crystal clear brandies with a fruity flavor and an imposing taste. His son Wihelm then expended the business at the beginning of the 20th. He firmly believed that cherries’ type and quality are the main factors in making perfect Kirsch. In 1952, his daughter Olga and her husband set up a company of their own. They used three firs as logo and named it “3-Tannen”, becoming the professional fruit brandy manufacturer which following the traditional principle.
