La Fruitière always selected seasonal fruits and process them into fruits puree by High Pressure treatment and cold conditioning process. All La Fruitière Fruits Puree contain the original flavor of fruits, high content of nutrient and shows natural colors. All the ingredients are fresh and natural, without any additive, artificial pigment or preservative. Some of the purees contain sucrose in order to increase the flavor. La Fruitière want to provide the freshest, healthiest and most natural puree to CHIO SHIN’s customers. In recent years, La Fruitière has created a recipe with Alain Chartier MOF, World Champion for those customers who have diabetic.
