IZUMUI KOICHI Chef, famous for his skills and experiences in making Japanese and Western dessert, is highly praised in Japanese baking industry. For the demonstration this time, he use Sicilian Almond Powder, the product that CHIO SHIN strongly recommend you to use when baking, to make various dessert.

Sicilian Almond Powder is rich in oil content and full of caramel aroma, a must-have in dessert shop!
