▊ Mila Mascarpone from Italy

        

Mila was established since 1962 and produce many high quality dairy products for more than 50 years. In 2015, Mila devised novel technologies to frozen storage, which let them become the main manufacturer of mascarpone. Mascarpone is IFS, BRC, HALAL and Non-GMO certificated.

       

Mila believes that only high-quality milk can give people nutrition. They insist on using the milk from the cattle that are grazing naturally in South Tyrol in Italy to make their products. Mila Mascarpone is made from 70% cream and 30% milk with high fat content. Different from the salty flavor of original butter, mascarpone has a light milk aroma and a complexity of texture. By using cryopreservation, Mascarpone can keep the smell of milk and cheese and remain fresh. It is an essential ingredient to make tiramisu and also can be added to Italian cuisine or dishes that has heavy taste.

      

Mila Mascarpone is low salt content, ideal for making tiramisu, filling or adding to various dishes and cuisines, such as risotto, smoked salmon and prosciutto.
