Located at Shin-yurigaoka eki (Kanagawa ken, Kawasaki) where many people choose to open a dessert shop, Touhonn Chibi and his wife still choose here to open there shop – Patisserie Etienneエチエンヌ. Both Touhonn Chibi and his wife have served as chef in GRAND HYATT TOKYO for five years. Besides, his wife Touhonn Biwataru is a talented person in dessert design.

Experience of Touhonn Chibi Chef:

In 2007, he participated on behalf of Japan for Wagashi World Competition in France Lyo and won first place.

In March 2008, he participated in ﾙ．ﾓﾝﾃﾞｨｱﾙ．ﾃﾞ．ｻﾞ－ﾙ．ｼｭｸﾚ2008 in Paris and won the first place with his team.

《Patisserie Etienne》
The main color of the store are pink and white, bright mingled with maturity. “Etienneエチエンヌ” in French means “Angel”, and the pinky pig with wings named ゆう. If you visit their store, you could see it!（ゆう）
