The demo-class of Sannsaki Hannzinn in Taipei/Taichung drew to a successful close .

Thank you very much for spending time joining the demo-class .

Sannsaki Hannzinn leaded three managers from his branches to Taiwan and choose various kinds of bread that are still popular since they opened their store to demonstrate for us .

He used Flour T45, T55 and T65 from France Moulins Bourgeois to make his bread. The bread is crispy outside and tender inside and the baking room is full of the smell of wheat
